Manufacturing + assembly
Our manufacturing capabilities include single-use and disposable medical devices, electrosurgical devices, cardiac insulation pads, and other class 1 medical devices . We also provide manufacturing services for non-medical devices. Our manufacturing services also accommodate simple or complex assembly, including kit assembly.
Sealing + packaging
We offer several different types of product packaging and sealing. (Pneumatic, heat, impulse, and other package and pouch sealing methods). Our team ensures packaging integrity, seal strength, and safe distribution of products.
Labeling
We offer several types of product labeling capabilities, from simple information labels to detailed Microscan LVS barcode labels.
Our facility
Our facility contains a large production area, which allows us to manufacture, clean, package, label and assemble numerous different products for our customers with ease.
Our facility also contains a state of the art Environmentally Controlled Clean-Room that is certified as an ISO Class 7 Controlled Environment in the operational facility Condition Per ISO Standard 14644-1:2015
